Ali has been "sittin' pretty" for about three weeks--she's gotten stronger and stronger and now sits up by herself--of course, we're very close by to watch her.
These pictures were taken this weekend, she spent most of the day sitting and playing with her building blocks, sittin' on the sofa chillin' with daddy...and sittin' in her crib...
...next will be crawlin'
she's got the right stance...just needs to get her hands and legs movin'...once that happens, look out...Ali will be "mobile"...and we'll have to chase her around the house...hehe...
Ali has been memorized by Aunt Joan's beautiful nursery blanket...she just loves looking at all the embroidered characters...here she was looking at the lamb...and kept touching it...running her hands across it...she has always been facinated by "textures."
Ali played so much and talked up a storm all weekend...that she was all pooped out...she fell asleep in Daddy's arms with her fav puppy...Uncle Jonathon...really picked a winner...she just loves to snuggle with her puppy.
